Let’s Know More:

1. I’m not sure what career path options are available to me. Can you help me make a final decision?

Make your career around that thing you do when you don’t want to do ‘work’. Once you choose the direction, it’s easy to find the people and programs to help you get there.

2. Think back to ten years ago. Did you envision your career as it is today?

Not at all. 10 years ago I was in a full-time job that I loved and thought it would last forever. It didn’t and I ended up discovering entrepreneurship which I just love.

3. What qualities do you need to succeed in this field?

Who are willing to try things and figure out what needs to be done. Every day entrepreneurs are faced with situations for the first time and have to solve the problems. You have to be brave and not be afraid to ask for what you need.

4. How do you get to be creative on your job?

I build websites, graphics, write and photograph on a regular basis.

5. Can you tell me how your job helps or works with the community?

Introducing online business concepts to people looking for business ideas where they can work on their time at any
location from a laptop. People from the general public in situations of work transition come out to learn and be inspired.

6. What kind of professional development opportunities are available in your career?

Learning is ongoing for me. There is night school, conferences, events, seminars, online training on a regular basis. Once you’re tapped into your community around your career and interests you find out about them.

7. What are some lessons you’ve learnt the hard way?

Worrying and stressing don’t help any situation. Focus on what you can control.

8. What ia your motto?

You will never know until you try. If you think you can you can, if you think you can’t you can’t
