Funded by Women and Gender Equality Canada, the primary goal of this project is to create equitable pathways for girls in grade 9-12 in Hamilton towards in-demand careers in technology and skilled trades. As part of the strategic implementation plan for this project, mentors are invited to share their success stories with students to effectively facilitate young women transitioning from high school into technical fields and skilled trades training and apprenticeship, because YOU CAN’T BE WHAT YOU CAN’T SEE!
